Kickboxing Niagara program at CrossFit 905 is a high intensity cardio kickboxing program that incorporates hand/Thai pads with coaches, bag work and partner training drills. Each class will be one hour in length and will include plyometrics and cardio based exercises. You will get the benefits of small class sizes with a maximum class size of ten athletes. This will allow for athletes to receive focused coaching during each class. This class does not include sparring but will help you burn calories and learn kickboxing techniques.

Class time are Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30pm

Saturday 9:30am
