Classes Monday to Friday at 5pm

Membership is unlimited classes

Our Junior program is 60 minutes of physical activity. We will focus on full body movements that target, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance. These fundamental components of fitness are targeted by creating a fun environment for our junior members. The classes vary each week in delivery, style and intensity. Our junior members will see boot camp style workouts, circuits, group fitness and partner workouts.
