Junior Athlete Development Program

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to learn to train properly in order to develop all aspects of fitness, athleticism, strength, & performance.


The program will challenge movement skill development, and teach the key components of strength (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull etc).


The Program will run from 

October to March 

Sessions are three days per week on

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Ages 9-12 at 6pm

Ages 13-17 at 7pm


Cost $799

Monthly payment option available

$135 per month


If you are selecting the monthly payment option you agree to commit to the full 6 month program.

Monthly fees are  paid by automatic recurring credit card payment or direct payment from a bank account.
