Junior Athlete Development Program

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to learn to train properly in order to develop all aspects of fitness, athleticism, strength, & performance.


This program will challenge movement skill development, and teach the key components of strength

(squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull etc). 

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is an advanced program for developing young athletes. They will see strength training, conditioning as well as, speed training, agility and mobility.

The Program will run from 

October 4th to March 25th 

Sessions are three days per week on

Monday, Wednesday and Friday


Ages 9-12


Session times are 6:30 pm

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Limit 10 spots available


Ages 13-17


Session times are 7:30 pm

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Limited 10 spots available

Cost $799 plus tax
