Program

Summer 2022

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to learn to train properly in order to develop all aspects of fitness, athleticism, strength, & performance.

 

This program will challenge movement skill development, and teach the key components of strength

(squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull etc). 

Our Junior Athlete Development Program is an advanced program for developing young athletes. They will see strength training, conditioning as well as, speed training, agility and mobility.  Our Junior Boxing Class is also included with this program.

The Program will run from 

July 4th  to  September 24th

Sessions are three days per week on

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

@ 6:30pm

Ages 9-15

 

Session times are 6:30 pm

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

junior boxing class during the program
