Centered on the idea that how you do anything is how you do everything, this 6 week challenge will kickstart your healthy lifestyle commitments with its focus on fitness, nutrition, and the small mundane

things that are often overlooked.

Here's what you can expect

  • ​6 WEEKS OF ACCESS to our facility and all of our classes that are lead by our Experienced & educated trainers.  6 days per week so you can easily fit the workouts into your busy schedule 


  •  NUTRTION PLAN AND GUIDANCE: Lifestyle based and results producing! Comes with recipes, how to's and years of experience getting great results. 

  •  Comprehensive Assessments: We start you off on the right foot with a full initial assessment, post assessment. 

  • ​Weekly Action Steps + Motivation: We want you to have all the tools and guidance possible. 

  • ​Amazing Support Group: Support from our fitness coaches and other participants. This is our "safe place" for you to ask questions, meet others + gain community.

  •  Gym Access: Have access to our open gym time to get in some extra work  

  • ​Spots Are Limited: We only onboard  a few members to give everyone the attention they deserve.

Frequently Aske Questions

 How long is the program?

The program is 6 weeks long. You have unlimited classes and open gym time Monday to Saturday . We ask that you do your best to attend at least 3x per week in the group classes with our coaches.  


When does it start?

The Hands on Nutrition Challenge Starts April 4th, 2022. Assessments are done prior to the start date.


 What is the training like?

Training is done in a group training setting Or during open gym for self guided workouts if you choose

Access to all classes on the schedule (adult)

We would like our participants to attend at least 3 Days per week as often as possible.   


Can I come and use the gym on my own?

Absolutely and we recommend it. We have a great client workout space for you to use. We reserve the main area of the gym for class training but feel free to use the rest for your own workouts, warm ups, cool downs, cardio and more. All free to you during our open gym hours. 


What are your trainer prerequisites?

Great question. All our certified training  have to have post-secondary education in our field and endure our in-house & intensive apprenticeship program to become CrossFit 905 Coaches


What is the nutrition like?

We focus on eating real, whole food. We have a nutrition plan that is fat burning focused and family friendly. It includes easy to follow recipes, list, action plans and goal setting exercises. We also have VEGAN options available.
