CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through varied and challenging workouts.
Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
This program “is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Rather than having one workout for older women and another for hardcore athletes – there’s ONE workout each day that is completely scalable based on your skill.
For example, if the workout calls for barbell squats with 135 pounds but you can only do squats with the bar (45 pounds), then that’s where you’ll start.
If you’re injured and can’t do squats at all, a similar movement will be substituted, and if the number of reps is too many for your current ability, that will be reduced.
As you get stronger and more experienced you’ll work your way towards eventually doing the workouts as prescribed.

Our "No Sweat Into " is a private, FREE consultation that provides an opportunity for you to share your background, past injuries, concerns, and most importantly your unique goals.
Prep Course 6 sessions is for new to CrossFit and New to Fitness members. It is also a great option for those that are recovering
from injury and would like to start a fitness program to aid in recovery.
This 6 session package will allow our staff to complete a physical assessment, which will help us create the perfect plan for you moving forward. You will be introduced to some of the movements and exercises
that you will see in classes. The Prep Course is designed to ease new members into our programming. These are 1-on-1 session.
Prep Course 3 sessions is for new to CrossFit, and limited workout experience. It is also a great option for those that are recovering from injury and would like to start a fitness program to aid in recovery. This 3 session package will allow our staff to complete a physical assessment, which will help us create the perfect plan for you moving forward. Our CrossFit 905 Membership is an overall fitness program that focuses on general strength and conditioning. 60 minute classes that will have a wide range of exercises. Low and high intensity workouts.

This option is recommended for individuals with workout experience either in a group class setting or individual workout program.
We offer an Unlimited Membership Option which gives you access to all adult programming at CrossFit 905.
We also offer limited memberships of 8 class per month and 12 classes per month. We have options to suit your needs.
