crossfit 905

CrossFit 905 was the first CrossFit affiliate in Niagara Falls, we opened our doors in 2012 and since have introduced to hundreds of Niagara and surrounding are residence to a fun and inclusive methodology.

 

CrossFit 905 focuses on daily workouts that are scaled and modified to each individuals level and performance at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

 

Our Community is full of fitness enthusiasts that believe that quality of your health determines the quality of your life, and nothing is more important than that. We include socials and events to support the close network of families and friends that workout here at CrossFit 905.

Classic crossfit-style class that includes skill and strength training, programmed with total body fitness in mind. We will build strength, improve mobility and flexibility and learn technique safely while pushing yourself in your workouts.

We expose athletes of varying stages of development to a challenging environment that provides them with the tools and opportunity to be successful on and off the playing surface, no matter the sport.

Our Junior program is 45 minutes of physical activity. We will focus on full body movements that target, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance. These fundamental components of fitness are targeted by creating a fun environment for our junior members.
